Complaints

We make every effort to ensure that the products we offer are of the highest quality. However, if it happens that the purchased product has defects or does not meet your expectations, you have the right to file a complaint.

How to file a complaint?

To make a complaint, please send an e-mail to:

Please include the following information in your message:

- name and surname

- order number

- description of the product defect

- photos documenting the problem

- preferred method of resolving the complaint (e.g. repair, replacement, refund)

Deadline for handling complaints

We review each complaint within 14 calendar days of receipt. We will inform you about the outcome by email.
